The Newmarket Heath Sponsored Ride is the only opportunity of the year that leisure riders get to ride on the famous racehorse training grounds. The ride starts at the July Racecourse, winds it’s way around part of the Town Plate course on the National Stud, before heading across the grass gallops to the town centre taking in Warren Hill, the Limekilns and the Al Bahathri all-weather gallop. Newmarket’s unique setting and thick grass cover make it a memorable experience for horse and rider. Please be aware that the Heath closes at 4.30pm so all riders must complete the ride by this time. For more information about the ride go to the Newmarket Ride page. The ride is family friendly and a caterer and digital photographer are available in the horsebox park.
NEW PHOTOS NOW ON THE PHOTOS PAGE THE ORGANISERS WOULD LIKE TO THANK ALL RIDERS WHO TOOK PART AND RAISED SO MUCH MONEY FOR MACMILLAN. WE LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU ALL NEXT YEAR.
